I work primarily with individuals managing demanding professional and personal lives who want a more sustainable and psychologically informed approach to food, weight and health.
The work integrates clinical nutrition with coaching psychology and behavioural insight, supporting clients in developing greater consistency, clarity and discernment in the way they care for themselves over time.
Particular attention is given to the moments in which things tend to unravel: periods of pressure, fatigue, travel, social demands, family life and reduced external structure.
One-to-one coaching is designed as an ongoing process rather than a series of isolated appointments. Work begins with an in-depth assessment and evolves gradually in response to each client’s circumstances, patterns and goals.
Sessions may integrate behavioural work and reflective exploration with precise, tailored nutritional guidance, alongside between-session support where appropriate.
Nutritional guidance is integrated within the broader coaching process and adapted to the realities of each client’s life, working environment and relationship with food.
Some clients benefit from more structured nutritional direction, while others require a more flexible and nuanced approach that takes into account not only what they eat, but the patterns and pressures shaping those decisions in different contexts.
Support may include meal structure, nutritional education, recipe guidance, food exchanges and strategies designed to support more deliberate decision-making around eating across work, travel and changing routines.
Sessions are held in person at Charterhouse Clinic in Marylebone, London, or online where appropriate.
I reserve a dedicated weekly time slot for each client to support continuity and ongoing engagement.
In-clinic sessions include access to professional-grade body composition analysis as part of the broader assessment and coaching process. Guidance can also be provided regarding suitable home devices for clients working online.

If you are considering working together, you are welcome to book an introductory conversation to discuss your current situation, what you are hoping to change and whether the approach feels appropriate for your needs. Where appropriate, I may also suggest alternative support if I feel another practitioner would be better placed to help.
