Consistency and continuity are essential for achieving tangible results. Therefore I do not provide one-off appointments and instead offer continued, dedicated support. All one-to-one programmes start with an in-depth initial assessment and can include 6 or 12 weeks of coaching.
Some people require more direction regarding what to eat, while others benefit more from guidance on how to eat. Finding the right balance for you is essential. Therefore, the nutrition component of your one-to-one programme will be tailored to meet your unique what and how needs and preferences. Sessions are held in my private consultation room within Charterhouse Clinic, a state-of-the-art wellness and medical destination located in the heart of Marylebone, just a short stroll from the world-renowned Harley Street. Alternatively, sessions can be held online for your convenience.
I reserve a dedicated time slot for each client, ensuring sessions take place at the same time and day each week for consistency and convenience.
In-clinic, I use professional-grade body composition analysers with the highest level of precision and clinical accuracy. If you prefer to have your sessions online, I will indicate the best available personal-use analysers so that you can track your body composition progress at home.
