I work at the intersection of coaching psychology and clinical nutrition, supporting individuals who already function at a high level to develop more consistency and clarity in how they manage food, weight and health within demanding lives.
Rather than a diet or therapy, this is structured, psychologically informed work directed towards weight. The focus is on the underlying patterns that drive behaviour in everyday life, particularly under pressure, and the ways in which these patterns ultimately shape weight.
I trained as a clinical dietitian, completing a BSc in Nutrition and Food Science and a master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition, both with extensive hospital placements. I began my practice within a leading private hospital, working with complex metabolic, reproductive and weight-related conditions.
Over time, my work evolved through training in psychology, including a British Psychological Society-accredited conversion course and an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology. I also gained experience within a coaching-led, high-end weight management clinic in London.
Today, I work independently with a select number of clients through bespoke, psychology-led coaching programmes. Nutrition remains central, with precise, tailored nutritional guidance adapted to each client within a broader process of behavioural change and ongoing support.
The work often extends beyond food itself, taking into account the wider context of each client’s life, including competing demands, pressure and the realities of maintaining consistency across different areas of life.
My practice is based in Marylebone and online.
