Weekly group sessions. Sessions are hosted by Mercedes, last 90 minutes and are delivered via Zoom.

Daily motivation, doubt clarification and support through WhatsApp group chat.
You will receive a workbook with all the materials that you need to accompany your journey as well as lifetime access to the audio recordings of the programme’s positive psychology and mindfulness practices.
This programme is not suitable for conditions that require special nutritional and/or psychological therapy, e.g. diabetes, food allergies, eating disorders.

You will receive a balanced food plan tailored to your weight goals and energy needs plus recipes that are carefully designed to reduce inflammation, provide steady energy and promote feelings of fullness and satisfaction.
Positive psychology coaching will rewire your thought processes to create positive habits and motivation.
Only if you want to! The foundation to weave movement into your everyday life is increasing your daily steps. Once the foundation is set, you will add a short and effective workout routine that can be done at home without special equipment. Alternatively, you can add in any exercise you enjoy.
The programme will coach you to declutter your schedule, reduce disorganization and simplify your day-to-day. This will allow space to prioritise daily habits that make you feel good and promote positive change.
