Both are excellent services but they have different purposes. Two main differences between working with me on a one-to-one or a group coaching basis are the depth of the nutritional advice and the coaching style.
One-to-one clients get personalised nutrition advice that is totally tailored to their unique needs. I use nutritional, psychological, medical, genetic and other relevant available information about the client to deliver specific eating guidance. When a one-to-one client has a medical condition, I provide Medical-Nutrition Therapy (MNT). MNT teaches individuals how to use their diet to best support their conditions and to lower the risk of related complications.
Group clients work with a less tailored approach and receive nutrition guidance to achieve sustainable weight management and overall wellbeing. The nutritional guidance provided by group coaching isn’t intended to treat individual medical conditions or to address specific nutritional concerns.
One-to-one clients get my undivided attention during their sessions. This allows us to meticulously explore their unique issues. Through this in-depth exploration, I guide one-to-one clients to discover, understand and implement ways of resolving their unique issues and concerns.
Group clients benefit from the care, energy and support that is created when a group of like-minded women and an expert coach work towards the same goal. I guide group clients to discover, understand and implement ways of improving their eating and lifestyle to achieve shared goals.
Please book a complimentary discovery call so I can get a brief perspective of the challenges you are experiencing and the support you are seeking. I will then help you determine whether the one-to-one or the group coaching programme is a right fit for you.
