Diseño, desarollo y test de un programa grupal de pérdida de peso y bienestar basado en psicológia positiva, basado en los cuatro pilares del Método Louise Parker. Capacitacìon de equipo de nutriologas en la entrega del programa. Actualmente ofrece varios programas grupales y uno a uno.
Clinical Dietitian and Diabetes Educator in Private Practice, Medica Sur Hospital (Mexico City) 2010-2018
Created, conducted and evaluated one-to-one comprehensive wellbeing programmes that involved medical-nutrition therapy, positive psychology and mindfulness interventions for the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases. Taught clients mindful eating and behavioural techniques to deal with disordered and stress-related eating. Led one-to-one diabetes education and group mindful eating programmes. Supervised and mentored junior dietitian. Collaborated with medical and other health professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team. Active member of the Medical Society of the institution.

Research Assistant in Clinical Nutrition, National Autonomous University of Mexico- School of Medicine- Metabolism and Physiology of Pregnancy Laboratory (Mexico City) 2012-2013
Conducted clinical research on the effect of physical activity on metabolic markers in elementary school children. In charge of supervising physical education teachers, nurses and pre-graduate dietetic students in the protocol application and data collection in two large public elementary schools. Involved in study design and data analysis. Supervised and mentored pre-graduate students in their dietetics internship and elaboration of their dissertations.
